With over 15 years in the telecommunications space, Kelley's responsibilities have ranged from frontline sales to executive leadership; from market research to strategist, and helping clients build sustainable solutions with scalability all along the way. Working with local internet providers, Mediacom, and Total Highspeed, he has developed successful strategies for sales teams, network expansion, and strategic growth plans for the future. Having been in the Southwest Missouri region since the fourth grade, he has seen many changes across our portion of the country and developed relationships with stakeholders in the telecommunications realm that will benefit the industry for years to come.
Kelley believes in relationship-based selling, earning trust, and providing a value that far exceeds his clients' expectations. His passion is leading well and guiding others to do the same. JMARK's core values were the most attractive thing to him when making the decision to join the Communications Solutions team. Pursuing excellence in relationships while leaning into his passion for helping clients solve real-world problems and utilizing an entire team of people to collaboratively assist both internal and external opportunities are just some of the things that allow him to have fun at work.
